How can I keep track of my progress in the program?

The online program keeps track of your work in the program. During the training session, you are shown how to track your time and given contact information for our staff who can assist you in tracking your progress.

Can I get help if I get stuck on a section or have a question?

Yes! You will be supported by a qualified instructor via telephone, email and face to face instruction (if needed). Two DL hotlines staffed by members of our team can assist with technical and instructional questions Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. However, students are encouraged to call the hotline at anytime and leave a message. You will receive a response within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays).
